Joined family business of Automobile Distribution and Services in May 1973.
First five years of the career were spent in gaining expertise in Vehicle Servicing and Repairs. Subsequently gained experience in marketing of Spare Parts and then Vehicle Sales. In the year 1983, independently setup dealership of Tata Motors at Raipur. Presently heads the business interest of Jaika Group of Companies.
Mr. Kumar Kale was the Chairman of World Wildlife Fund for Nature for Vidarbha branch for the period of 10 years. He is also the Secretary of Bhonsala Military School, Nagpur & member of Vidarbha Economic Development Council and Nag-Bhushan Award Foundation, Nagpur. He is also the Hon. Executive Chairman of Indian Cancer Society and Vice President of Bharti Krishna Vidya Vihar.
He has keen interest in wildlife, nature and music.

From 1991 - 1994, did Tata Motors (Formerly known as Tata Engg. & Locomotive Co. ie TELCO) Apprenticeship at Pune in the Trade, Mechanic Motor vehicle and stood first in Maharashtra State in 1994. From Jan 1995 to Dec 1995 worked as a trainee with Tata Motors, Delhi to gain Sales and Marketing experience in vehicle selling and workshop.
From Aug 1996 to March 1998 worked as a trainee with Daimler Chrysler AG., Stuttgart, Germany and received a Diploma in Dealership Management. In March 1998 joined the family business with Jaika Group of Companies. In 1998 got the opportunity to independently setup dealership of Hyundai Motor – Ketan Motors Pvt Ltd., Nagpur.
He is the Director in Jaika Group of Companies and Managing Director of Jaika Automobiles & Finance Pvt. Ltd., based in Raipur as head of the Group's Tata Motors dealership for Commercial vehicles, Hyundai and Audi dealership at Raipur.
